Indemnity Form for Horse Riding

1. I understand that there are inherent dangers in horse riding since horses are powerful and potentially dangerous animals, and I also understand the risk and the need for the rider to take all reasonable precautions.
2. I accept and voluntarily assume the risk inherent in my and/or dependent’s use of the horse-riding facilities. I release Saville Equestrian Park, its staff, trainers, and representatives from liability of any claim that could arise from my and/or his/her participation in horse riding or any related activities, or of any loss or damage to my and/or his/her property.
3. I understand that such horse-riding activities will include but not be limited to riding, working with horses on foot, or any other activity undertaken by participants in riding lessons.
4. In the event of an accident involving me and/or my dependent, there is no obligation on Saville Equestrian Park to secure for me and/or my dependent’s medical treatment; however, I do hereby authorize the center to act in my and/or his/her best interest, which may include the obtaining of the necessary emergency medical treatment.
5. Saville Equestrian Park or its staff shall not be liable for any loss or damage of property brought to the yard, including money, cell phones, tack, and clothing.
6. I understand that my signature to this indemnity form constitutes a complete and unconditional release of all liability of Saville Equestrian Park, including all of its staff, to the greatest extent allowed by law in the event of me and/or my dependent suffering injury or even death due to horse riding activities.
