All bookings must be made exclusively through our SEP CONNECT registration and booking system.
At the time of booking, payment is required in full, and you can use either a credit card, debit card, or cash for your chosen activity.
If you need to cancel a lesson, log into your SEP CONNECT account and navigate to the ‘Classes’ section. Here, you’ll find a summary of all the lessons you've booked. By selecting the lesson you wish to cancel, you will be able to complete the cancellation process.
In case you need to cancel on the same day as your scheduled activity, we ask that you cancel the booking online and also call us to leave a message on our answerphone to ensure the cancellation is processed.
We have a 48-hour (2 days) booking notice requirement in place, meaning bookings cannot be made within 48 hours of the desired activity time. This policy ensures we have adequate time to schedule both our staff and horses.
Additionally, we maintain a 48-hour (2 days) cancellation policy. To receive a full refund credited to your SEP CONNECT account, you must cancel the lesson or event at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
